This unique approach to healthcare undertaken under the Hospital Support Services Privatisation Project (HSS) integrates the delivery of five non-clinical support services that includes Clinical Waste Management; Cleansing; Linen & Laundry; Facilities Engineering Maintenance and Biomedical Engineering Maintenance. The integrated approach in providing a range of services that supports all major aspects of a hospital's operations is a major factor in the improved patient care and preventive maintenance culture in hospitals.

Since awarded the HSS concession in 1997, Radicare's team of specialists has accumulated vast experience in each of the five services area, having collectively managed 44 hospitals and off-site facilities in the central and the eastern region of Malaysia.
